Joint Purchasing

The Northwest Community Health Center Joint Purchasing Network (JPN) is operated by the Washington Association of Community & Migrant Health (WACMHC) in conjunction with the Alaska and Oregon Primary Care Associations.

This organization exists to provide community and migrant health centers with the opportunity to purchase quality products and services at preferential prices by leveraging their collective purchasing power.

Eligibility

All regular and associate members of WACMHC and all members of the Alaska and Oregon Primary Care Associations are eligible to receive discount pricing under the contracts negotiated for the Joint Purchasing Network.

Contract Offerings

The Joint Purchasing Network offers its members advantageous contract pricing through direct contracts with:

  • Laboratory Corporation of America
  • Quest Diagnostics
  • Texas Primary Care Association pharmacy (340b) program
  • Henry Schien Dental
  • Physician Sales and Service
  • NACHC Value in Purchasing Program

The Joint Purchasing Network has contracted with the Amerinet Group Purchasing program and with the NACHC Value In Purchasing (VIP) program so that members may choose to access the various purchasing contracts for medical, dental and other supplies and services contracted through theses group purchasing organizations. There are no fees to use these contracts.

Between the direct supplier contracts and the wide array of goods and services available through Amerinet and VIP, our members and associates can reduce their costs substantially. Generally, Joint Purchasing Network contract prices are 20-40% below list prices. The Joint Purchasing Network continually re-evaluates program offerings to bring members the best values available in the marketplace. We believe that even better pricing will be available to our members as we continue to grow.
